Delightful treat balancing rich peanut butter with fresh strawberries, making it a guilt-free sweet snack or dessert option.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 cup Coconut oil, melted
  • 1 cup Crushed strawberries
  • Pinch of salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the natural peanut butter, maple syrup or honey, melted coconut oil, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  2. Pour a layer of the peanut butter mixture into the bottom of silicone molds or paper liners.
  3. Top the peanut butter layer with a layer of crushed strawberries, distributing them evenly over the mixture.
  4. Pour more peanut butter mixture to cover the strawberries completely.
  5. Place the molds in the refrigerator or freezer and let them set for about 30-60 minutes until solid.
  6. Once set, pop the peanut butter cups out of the molds. Enjoy your healthy treats!

Notes

Use silicone molds for easy removal. Experiment with flavors like cacao powder or vanilla extract.
