Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup Cottage cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the cottage cheese, chopped spinach, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Slice the gluten-free bagels in half and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Spoon the spinach and cottage cheese mixture onto each half of the bagels, spreading it evenly.
  5. Drizzle a little olive oil over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden.
