- 2 Gluten-free bagels
- 1 cup Fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup Cottage cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix together the cottage cheese, chopped spinach, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl until well combined.
- Slice the gluten-free bagels in half and place them on a baking sheet.
- Spoon the spinach and cottage cheese mixture onto each half of the bagels, spreading it evenly.
- Drizzle a little olive oil over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
