Ingredients
Scale
- 4 cups Rhubarb, chopped
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 Red Chili, chopped (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Start by preparing your ingredients—chop the rhubarb, mince the garlic, and finely chop the red chilies.
- Toss all the prepared ingredients together in your slow cooker.
- Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low heat for 240-360 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the mixture thickens, taste and adjust the sweetness or spiciness, then transfer it to a clean jar.
Notes
Adjust spice levels by using fewer chilies. Use maple syrup instead of honey for a vegan alternative.
