Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
- Slice the zucchinis thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife, aiming for about 1/8 inch thick.
- Mix the white vinegar, water, and 1 tablespoon of salt in a bowl to create the brine.
- Soak the zucchini slices in the vinegar mixture for about 30 minutes.
- Drain the slices and gently pat them dry with paper towels.
- Toss the dried zucchini slices in olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and additional salt, if desired.
- Arrange the slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 2 hours, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.
- Cool and enjoy your homemade crunchy zucchini chips!
Notes
For a sweeter taste, you can substitute white vinegar with apple cider vinegar. Ensure even slicing for uniform cooking.
