  • Total Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 sliced baby bok choy
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • For topping sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup light soy sauce
  • ½ tbsp fish sauce
  • ½ lime juice
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp pickled ginger, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Start by preheating your skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
  2. Once heated, add the halved or quartered baby bok choy to the skillet and sauté for about 3 to 4 minutes until the leaves become tender.
  3. While the bok choy is cooking, mix the soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, brown sugar, and pickled ginger in a small bowl.
  4. After the bok choy is tender, pour the ginger sauce over the sautéed bok choy and stir well to coat. Cook for an additional minute.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds on top.
