- 6 sliced baby bok choy
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- For topping sesame seeds
- ¼ cup light soy sauce
- ½ tbsp fish sauce
- ½ lime juice
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp pickled ginger, finely chopped
Instructions
- Start by preheating your skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
- Once heated, add the halved or quartered baby bok choy to the skillet and sauté for about 3 to 4 minutes until the leaves become tender.
- While the bok choy is cooking, mix the soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, brown sugar, and pickled ginger in a small bowl.
- After the bok choy is tender, pour the ginger sauce over the sautéed bok choy and stir well to coat. Cook for an additional minute.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds on top.
Notes
Don’t overcrowd the pan for even cooking. If needed, cook in batches.
