A delightful no-bake treat combining rich chocolate and peanut butter, topped with Reese’s Pieces.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp softened butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Reese’s Pieces

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat and set aside.
  2. Combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. Pour half of the melted chocolate mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it into a rectangle. Transfer to the fridge or freezer to harden.
  4. Mix the creamy peanut butter, softened butter, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  5. Once the chocolate layer has hardened, drop spoonfuls of the peanut butter mixture over it and press into an even layer.
  6. Pour the remaining melted chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer, smoothing it out.
  7. Sprinkle the Reese’s Pieces on top and gently press them in. Return to the fridge or freezer to set completely before breaking into pieces.

Notes

Chill the bark sufficiently for easy breaking. You can substitute peanut butter with almond butter for a different taste.
