  • 1 package graham crackers
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Crush the graham crackers into crumbs and layer them in the bottom of a serving dish.
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping gently to maintain a light texture.
  4. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  5. Layer half of the sliced strawberries and blueberries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining cream cheese mixture and the remaining berries.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
