Instructions

- Place the slices of cheese on top of the pesto, ensuring they cover the bread evenly.
- Top with the second slice of bread, with the buttered side facing out.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and grill the sandwich until golden brown, about 3 to 5 minutes on each side.
- Once cooked, remove from the skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.
