Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Honey or maple syrup

  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking pan or cupcake tin to prevent sticking.
  2. Combine rolled oats and salt in a mixing bowl, then set aside.
  3. Mix together peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), milk, and vanilla extract in another bowl until smooth.
  4. Pour the peanut butter mixture into the oats and stir until fully coated.
  5. Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking pan, evenly distributing it to form cups.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Allow to cool completely before removing from the pan.
