- 1 cup Peanut butter
- 1/4 cup Honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking pan or cupcake tin to prevent sticking.
- Combine rolled oats and salt in a mixing bowl, then set aside.
- Mix together peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), milk, and vanilla extract in another bowl until smooth.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture into the oats and stir until fully coated.
- Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking pan, evenly distributing it to form cups.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Allow to cool completely before removing from the pan.
Notes
Let them cool completely before removing from molds. You can customize with add-ins like nuts or chocolate chips.
