Instructions

  1. Bring the chicken or vegetable broth to a boil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the fideo pasta to the boiling broth and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and any optional diced vegetables. Lower the heat and let simmer for an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
