- 8 oz. Fideo Pasta
- 4 cups Chicken or Vegetable Broth
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- 1 cup Diced Vegetables (Optional)
Instructions
- Bring the chicken or vegetable broth to a boil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
- Add the fideo pasta to the boiling broth and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and any optional diced vegetables. Lower the heat and let simmer for an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, serve hot, and enjoy!
Notes
Add a squeeze of lemon for brightness. Substitute broth for water for more flavor.
