- 1 cup Milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 tsp Butterfly Pea Tea
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Honey (or to taste)
Instructions
- Warm 1 cup of milk in a small pot over medium heat without boiling.
- Add 1 teaspoon of butterfly pea tea to the milk and steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Strain out the tea once steeped.
- Stir in 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of honey, adjusting for sweetness as desired. Optionally, froth the mixture for a cappuccino-like feel.
Notes
Serve in a clear glass to showcase the beautiful blue color and sprinkle cinnamon on top before enjoying.
