A soothing blend of colors and flavors, this Moon Milk Tea made with butterfly pea tea and cinnamon creates a calming and visually stunning beverage.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tsp Butterfly Pea Tea
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Honey (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. Warm 1 cup of milk in a small pot over medium heat without boiling.
  2. Add 1 teaspoon of butterfly pea tea to the milk and steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Strain out the tea once steeped.
  3. Stir in 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of honey, adjusting for sweetness as desired. Optionally, froth the mixture for a cappuccino-like feel.
