A quick and creamy homemade Caesar dressing made without raw eggs, perfect for salads, wraps, and dips.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated or pressed
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, a pinch of salt, and a good amount of black pepper to a medium bowl.
  2. Whisk until it looks creamy and uniform.
  3. Stir in finely grated Parmesan.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  5. If too thick, add 1 teaspoon of water at a time until desired consistency is reached.

Notes

Use anchovy-free Worcestershire sauce and vegetarian Parmesan for a completely vegetarian version. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
