  • 1 head sliced cabbage
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Begin by slicing the cabbage into wedges.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and olive oil together.
  3. Add the sliced cabbage to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Sauté for about 5 minutes until it begins to soften.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and continue to cook for another 3–4 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese over the cabbage and cover the skillet. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
