A delightful mix of creamy yogurt and crunchy granola, these cups are perfect for a snack or breakfast, featuring almond butter, honey, and your choice of berries.

  • Total Time: 255 minutes
  • Yield: 12 cups 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3/4 cup Oats
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Almond butter
  • 3-4 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
  • Berries of choice (to top)

Instructions

  1. Combine the oats, cinnamon, almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly until it forms a sticky dough.
  2. Line a muffin pan with muffin liners. Take a spoonful of the granola dough and place it into the bottom of each muffin cup, pressing firmly to create a base.
  3. Add a spoonful of Greek yogurt to each cup, on top of the granola base, filling it generously.
  4. Top each yogurt-filled muffin cup with your choice of berries and any leftover granola mixture.
  5. Place the muffin pan in the freezer and allow the cups to set for at least 240 minutes (4 hours).
  6. Remove the cups from the liners after they have set and thaw for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Use silicone muffin liners for easy removal and remember to check the granola base consistency.
