- 3/4 cup Oats
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Almond butter
- 3-4 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
- Berries of choice (to top)
Instructions
- Combine the oats, cinnamon, almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly until it forms a sticky dough.
- Line a muffin pan with muffin liners. Take a spoonful of the granola dough and place it into the bottom of each muffin cup, pressing firmly to create a base.
- Add a spoonful of Greek yogurt to each cup, on top of the granola base, filling it generously.
- Top each yogurt-filled muffin cup with your choice of berries and any leftover granola mixture.
- Place the muffin pan in the freezer and allow the cups to set for at least 240 minutes (4 hours).
- Remove the cups from the liners after they have set and thaw for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Use silicone muffin liners for easy removal and remember to check the granola base consistency.
