Instructions
- Prepare the brownies according to the package instructions, then let them cool completely.
- Place one layer of cooled brownies at the bottom of a springform pan.
- Spread a layer of softened ice cream over the brownies.
- Add another layer of brownies on top of the ice cream.
- Repeat layering ice cream and brownies until all ingredients are used.
- Cover the top layer with whipped cream and drizzle chocolate sauce over the top.
- Freeze the assembled cake for at least 240 minutes or until firm.
- Let the cake sit at room temperature for a few minutes before slicing to serve.
