- 1 bag Doritos
- 1 pound Ground turkey
- 1 packet Taco seasoning
- 1 can Black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Corn
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup Shredded lettuce
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 1 cup Salsa
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- Sliced jalapeños (optional) as desired
Instructions
- Cook the ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside to cool.
- Add taco seasoning to the ground turkey and follow the package instructions to prepare the filling. Set aside to cool.
- Combine black beans, corn, halved cherry tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and shredded cheese in a large mixing bowl.
- Gently crush some Doritos and add them to the bowl for crunch.
- Add the cooled turkey mixture to the bowl and toss everything together until mixed well.
- Serve the salad with salsa and sour cream on the side, topped with jalapeños if desired.
Notes
Mix the Doritos in last to keep them crunchy. Customize toppings as desired.
