Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and slice them in half.
  3. Toss the halved Brussels sprouts in a large bowl with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the Brussels sprouts out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast them in the oven for 20-25 minutes until tender and golden brown, stirring halfway.
  6. Optional: Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.

Notes

Stir halfway through roasting for even cooking. For a different flavor, use avocado oil instead of olive oil.
