Ingredients

  • 4 cups Bok Choy, chopped
  • 1 Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings (sesame seeds, green onions) as desired

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Stir in chopped bok choy and sliced bell pepper, cooking for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Add soy sauce, season with salt and pepper, toss, and serve. Top with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.
