- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 Large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Stir the melted butter into the mashed bananas until well combined.
- Mix in the baking soda and salt to ensure even distribution.
- Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract, blending thoroughly.
- Gently mix in the flour until just incorporated; do not overmix.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before removing it from the pan to enjoy!
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for the best sweetness. Add nuts or chocolate for additional flavor.
