Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese: 1 cup
  • Almond flour: 1 cup (or more to achieve desired consistency)
  • Egg: 1
  • Baking powder: 1 tsp

Instructions

  2. Combine 1 cup of cottage cheese, 1 cup of almond flour, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and salt to taste in a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
