Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • ½ tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan to prevent sticking.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and eggs until smooth.
  3. Add the almond flour, baking powder, and salt, then mix until a dough-like consistency forms.
  4. Pour the mixture into the greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool in the pan for about 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes

You can substitute almond flour with coconut flour, but be mindful of the quantity adjustment due to coconut flour’s absorbency.
