- 1 cup Unsweetened Greek yogurt
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 cup Almond flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- ½ tsp Salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan to prevent sticking.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and eggs until smooth.
- Add the almond flour, baking powder, and salt, then mix until a dough-like consistency forms.
- Pour the mixture into the greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for about 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
You can substitute almond flour with coconut flour, but be mindful of the quantity adjustment due to coconut flour’s absorbency.
