Ingredients
  

  • 30 ounces of chopped fruits (grapes, cherries, dragon fruit, dates)
  • 20 ounces of pineapple chunks
  • 18 ounces of mandarin oranges
  • 1 cup of chopped cabbage
  • 2 cups of finely sliced cucumber
  • 1 cup of chopped lettuce
  • 10 ounces of mini marshmallows
  • 24 ounces of sour cream

Instructions
 

  • The Hawaiian salad does not have to be cooked, but it does have to be assembled.
  • Put all the fruits together in a large bowl.
  • Add the greens like cabbage and lettuce.
  • Add in the marshmallows.
  • Now add some powdered sugar and the sour cream
  • Give everything a nice toss with the spatula
  • Your Hawaiian salad is ready. You can have it as it is, serving it right away. Or, you could keep it in the fridge for 4 hours and serve it chilled.
