Equipment

  • A large bowl
  • Spatula
  • Stove
  • Electric Hand beater

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces of whole fat milk
  • 2 ounces of white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup of chopped strawberries
  • 1/4th teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Whipped cream
  • Marshmallows
  • Sprinkles

Instructions

  • Place a large bowl on the stove and pour the milk. Once it comes to a boil, reduce the temperature and simmer for a minute.
  • Once the milk has become thicker, inconsistency with the cream from the whole fat milk forming a layer on top, add the white chocolate chips.
  • Shut off the heat and let the white chocolate melt into the milk.
  • Remove the bowl from the stove and allow it to sit for a couple of minutes.
  • Pour the strawberries and use an electric hand beater to blend them in.
  • You will see the milk turning a glorious shade of pink. You can keep on blending till all of the strawberries have blended in. Or you could blend for a while and leave chunks of strawberries in. It tastes just as good.
  • Pour the strawberry chocolate milk into two beautiful glasses or cups of your choice.
  • Add some whipped cream on top. Finally, top it off with marshmallows and sprinkles.
  • Your pink hot chocolate is ready to be served.

Notes

The pink hot chocolate is so good to taste that you can have it straight out of your favorite mug. It would be best to be careful with how much color and flavor you are using, as getting heavy-handed with them is not a good idea.
