  • 1 tbsp Salt

For Russian Dressing

  • ¾ cup Mayo
  • ¼ cup Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Horseradish
  • 1 tbsp Hot Sauce
  • ½ tbsp Onion Powder
  • ½ tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • ¼ tbsp Paprika
  • ¼ tbsp Salt
  • tbsp Pepper

Instructions

Prepare Wild Dough (1 hour)

  • You can prepare the basic pizza dough at home or use the store-bought dough kept in your fridge. In both cases, you need to sprinkle the cornmeal onto two baking sheets. And place a baking rack in the bottom of the oven and preheat the oven to 500°F.
  • To make your dough, mix the sourdough starter, flour, and salt. It will make your dough perfect if you add the flour gradually until it takes a round shape. However, it will still be a little sticky, and you need to knead the dough for about 30 seconds.

Prepare the Russian Dressing

  • The main components of this Salad are corned beef, cheese, and sauerkraut. So rinse the sauerkraut in a strainer and dry out the tiny bits. Also, cut corned beef crosswise into 1/2-inch strips and coarsely grate 1 and 1/2 cups cheese.

Prepare the sauce

  • Start with heating butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Then add the flour to the melted butter and constantly whisk for 2 minutes. You need to keep whisking while adding milk to the flour and bring it to a boil over high heat. Then get the heat to low and simmer for 2 minutes. Now add 1 cup of the cheese, a little mustard, and salt to taste and keep the pan aside.
  • Now we will come back to the dough again. If your dough has almost risen, it is time to divide it into four balls and roll out each ball. You can sprinkle some flour or apply a little oil on the surface to avoid stickiness. Then make four rectangles of about 1/8 inch thickness. And transfer the rectangles to the baking sheets to bake for 3 minutes in the preheated oven. It will help if you bake the rectangles one by one and then let them cool.
  • When you remove the baking sheets from the oven, let the crusts cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes. Then load the crusts with toppings.
  • Apply one-quarter of the spoon sauce onto each of the partially baked crusts. And make sure the sauce doesn't go beyond 1/4 inch of the edges. Then spread corned beef, sauerkraut, and the remaining cheese on top of each crust.
  • Now you are ready to bake your Reuben pizza. So place a baking sheet on the bottom rack of the oven and bake each pizza for 7 to 8 minutes. You should bake one pizza at a time. Once the cheese melts and the crusts turn crispy golden, remove the baking sheet from the oven. Then cover the pizza loosely with aluminum foil. It will keep the pizza warm while you bake other sheets. Then serve the warm pizzas with Russian Dressing and other desired sauce.
