- 4 cups Mixed greens
- 2 Ripe pears, sliced
- ½ cup Toasted walnuts

Instructions
- Wash the mixed greens under cool water and pat dry.
- Slice the ripe pears into thin wedges.
- Toast walnuts in a dry skillet over medium heat for about five minutes until fragrant.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine mixed greens, pear slices, toasted walnuts, crumbled blue cheese, and dried cranberries.
- Drizzle balsamic vinaigrette to taste, gently toss, and season with salt and pepper.
- Plate and serve as an entrée or side dish, garnishing with extra walnuts or fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
Best when served immediately to keep the greens crisp and the textures delightful. Avoid mixing the dressing until just before serving to prevent wilting.
