Ingredients

  • 4 cups Mixed greens
  • 2 Ripe pears, sliced
  • ½ cup Toasted walnuts
  • ½ cup Crumbled blue cheese
  • ½ cup Dried cranberries

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the mixed greens under cool water and pat dry.
  2. Slice the ripe pears into thin wedges.
  3. Toast walnuts in a dry skillet over medium heat for about five minutes until fragrant.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine mixed greens, pear slices, toasted walnuts, crumbled blue cheese, and dried cranberries.
  5. Drizzle balsamic vinaigrette to taste, gently toss, and season with salt and pepper.
