A refreshing, easy, and delicious summer treat made with lemon juice, heavy cream, and sweetened condensed milk.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup Cold heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Freshly squeezed lemon juice (from 2 medium lemons)
  • 1/4 cup Sweetened condensed milk
  • Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
  • Lemon slice (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Blend the ice cubes, cold heavy cream, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and sweetened condensed milk in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, about one minute, until the texture resembles whipped cream.
  3. Pour into your favorite glass and, if desired, top with whipped cream and garnish with a lemon slice.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to two days and stir before serving.
