Instructions
- Blend the ice cubes, cold heavy cream, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and sweetened condensed milk in a blender.
- Blend until smooth, about one minute, until the texture resembles whipped cream.
- Pour into your favorite glass and, if desired, top with whipped cream and garnish with a lemon slice.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to two days and stir before serving.
