  • 1 can Beans (black beans or chickpeas)
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Canned cranberries
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine vegan beef, beans, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic powder, and onion powder, mixing well.
  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a lined baking sheet. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  4. In a small saucepan, combine cranberries, maple syrup, and balsamic vinegar, heating over medium until it thickens slightly.
