Instructions
- Combine rolled oats, water, maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, and salt in a blender.
- Blend on high for about 30 seconds until creamy and smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth over a bowl or pitcher.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Shake well before using as it may separate.
