Ingredients
Scale
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sugar cookie mix
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles (divided)
- 3-4 ounces almond bark or white chocolate
Instructions
- Set your double boiler over medium heat. Add the white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter to the bowl. Stir continuously for about 5 to 7 minutes until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.
- Remove the mixture from heat and stir in the vanilla extract along with half of the holiday sprinkles.
- Line and grease a 9×9 inch baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the fudge mixture into the dish and top it with the remaining sprinkles. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours until it firms up nicely.
- Once set, cut into squares and drizzle with melted almond bark or additional white chocolate before serving.
Notes
For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free sugar cookie mix. Customize flavors with almond extract and add texture with colored chocolates or shredded coconut.
