Indulge in Valentine’s Day Sugar Cookie Fudge, a delightful no-bake dessert featuring white chocolate and festive sprinkles, perfect for sharing with your loved ones.

  • Total Time: 180 minutes
  • Yield: 16 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sugar cookie mix
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles (divided)
  • 3-4 ounces almond bark or white chocolate

Instructions

  1. Set your double boiler over medium heat. Add the white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter to the bowl. Stir continuously for about 5 to 7 minutes until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.
  2. Remove the mixture from heat and stir in the vanilla extract along with half of the holiday sprinkles.
  3. Line and grease a 9×9 inch baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the fudge mixture into the dish and top it with the remaining sprinkles. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours until it firms up nicely.
  4. Once set, cut into squares and drizzle with melted almond bark or additional white chocolate before serving.

Notes

For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free sugar cookie mix. Customize flavors with almond extract and add texture with colored chocolates or shredded coconut.
