- 1 pound Pizza dough
- 1/2 cup Pizza sauce
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 12 slices Pepperoni
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- Fresh basil (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it reaches about 1/4-inch thickness. Cut the dough into strips, roughly 2 inches wide.
- Spread a layer of pizza sauce over each strip, then sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and lay down the pepperoni slices.
- Carefully roll up the dough strips to form roses and place them in a greased muffin tin.
- Drizzle olive oil over the tops and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and fragrant, approximately 20-25 minutes.
