- 2 large Potatoes
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash and peel the potatoes. Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut the potatoes into heart shapes.
- In a bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well coated.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- When golden and crispy, remove and serve warm as a cute side dish or snack.
Notes
For a twist, try using sweet potatoes or adding rosemary and thyme for enhanced flavor.
