Delightful heart-shaped potatoes made in the air fryer, crispy and seasoned, perfect for Valentine’s Day celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 2 large Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes. Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut the potatoes into heart shapes.
  3. In a bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well coated.
  4. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. When golden and crispy, remove and serve warm as a cute side dish or snack.

Notes

For a twist, try using sweet potatoes or adding rosemary and thyme for enhanced flavor.
