A quick and delicious treat combining the sharp acidity of lemon with the sweetness of condensed milk.

  • 1 can (14 oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined baking dish.
  4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until edges are golden and center is set.
  5. Let cool at room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  6. Cut into squares and serve, optionally dusted with powdered sugar.

Notes

Feel free to add lemon zest for extra flavor. These bars also pair well with fresh berries or whipped cream.
