Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl. Drizzle lime juice immediately to prevent browning.
- Mash the avocados with a fork to your desired texture.
- Add lime juice, diced red pepper, chopped cilantro, salt, and optional jalapeño. Stir well and adjust seasoning as needed.
