Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt the unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over low heat.
- Add granulated sugar, brown sugar, ground ginger, cinnamon, cloves, vanilla extract, and salt to the melted butter, stirring to combine.
- Fold in the pecans until well-coated and spread them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown. Let cool before serving or packaging.
