Ingredients

  • Dried Gardenia Fruit (optional), 1 piece

  • Dried Chrysanthemum Flowers, 1/3 cup
  • Sugar, 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Slice open the dried gardenia fruit (if using) to infuse its essence.
  2. In a pot over medium-high heat, bring water to a rolling boil. Stir in the dried chrysanthemum flowers, sugar, and gardenia fruit.
  3. Once boiled, remove the pot from heat and let it cool to room temperature. Strain the liquid to remove solids, ensuring a clear drink.

Notes
