Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the black tea with the sugar, mixing until well distributed.
- Add ground cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, and nutmeg to the bowl and combine thoroughly.
- Transfer the blend to an airtight jar for storage.
- To serve, pour 2 tablespoons of the mix into a cup, add hot water or milk, and stir until dissolved.
