Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking dish.
- Combine the sliced strawberries, chopped rhubarb, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
- Mix the rolled oats, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a separate bowl. Then, pour in the melted butter and stir until crumbly.
- Spread the oat mixture evenly over the fruit filling in the baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm or at room temperature.
