Strawberry Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Rinse the fresh strawberries under cold water. Remove the tops and slice them in half.
  2. In your blender, combine the strawberries, Greek yogurt, and milk. Adjust the milk for desired thickness and add honey if desired. Add the protein powder and ice cubes.
  3. Blend on high for about 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

Adjust milk for desired thickness. For a dairy-free option, use coconut yogurt and almond milk.
