- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Rinse the fresh strawberries under cold water. Remove the tops and slice them in half.
- In your blender, combine the strawberries, Greek yogurt, and milk. Adjust the milk for desired thickness and add honey if desired. Add the protein powder and ice cubes.
- Blend on high for about 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Notes
Adjust milk for desired thickness. For a dairy-free option, use coconut yogurt and almond milk.
