Instructions
- Begin by preparing your ingredients. Hull and slice the fresh strawberries, dice the cucumber, and thinly slice the red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
- In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, cucumbers, and red onion. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
