- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup diced strawberries
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Strawberry sauce for drizzling
Instructions
- Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream and diced strawberries carefully.
- Combine the crushed graham crackers with melted butter in another bowl.
- Fill each taco shell with the cheesecake mixture.
- Sprinkle the graham cracker mixture on top and drizzle with strawberry sauce before serving. Chill for about 15 minutes.
