- 6 medium flour tortillas (about 8-inch, soft taco size)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Chill if too runny.
- Mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a separate bowl. Lay out each tortilla, spread 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese filling down the center, and roll tightly.
- Brush the roll ups with melted butter and roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Cook in a non-stick skillet over medium heat, seam-side down for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
Keep in the fridge for up to 2 days. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
