- 2 tbsp Lime Juice
- 4 large Tortillas
Instructions
- Prepare the Filling: Mash the ripe avocados in a bowl until smooth. Stir in the canned chickpeas, diced red onion, bell pepper, jalapeño, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly blended.
- Warm the Tortillas: Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave for about 10-15 seconds to make folding easier.
- Assemble the Wraps: Divide the chickpea filling among the warm tortillas, adding optional toppings like fresh cilantro or leaf lettuce. Fold the sides in and roll tightly to form wraps. Optionally cut in half for easier handling and serve immediately.
