- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and chopped

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ cup grated cheese
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs (optional)
- 1 large egg (optional, beaten)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the chopped Brussels sprouts and sauté for about 10-15 minutes until tender and slightly crispy. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Let the sautéed Brussels sprouts cool, then mix with grated cheese and breadcrumbs (if using). Form into small tots and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Notes
Feel free to customize with different cheeses or spices. You can make a vegan version by omitting egg and cheese.
