- 1 cup Cold brew coffee
- Caramel sauce, to taste
- 1/2 cup Heavy cream
- 1 pinch Salt
- Milk, optional, to taste
- Ice, as needed
Instructions
- Brew your cold brew coffee by steeping coarsely ground coffee in cold water for 12 to 24 hours, then strain the grounds.
- Fill a glass with ice, pour the cold brew coffee over the ice, and stir in caramel sauce to desired sweetness. Optionally, add milk for a creamier drink.
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with a pinch of salt until soft peaks form, then spoon the whipped cream over the cold brew and drizzle extra caramel sauce on top.
Notes
Store cold brew in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Customize caramel and cream amounts to taste.
