Instructions

- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher, discarding the solids.
- Mix in the fresh lemon juice to enhance the flavor after the syrup has cooled.
- Serve by mixing one part of the rhubarb syrup with three parts sparkling water, adjusting to taste preference.
Notes
Use chilled sparkling water for the best fizz. Experiment with flavors by adding herbs like mint or fruit for a unique twist.
