- 8 oz Feta Cheese
- 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1-2 Tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp dried Thyme (or 2 tsp fresh)
Instructions
- Blend the feta cheese and Greek yogurt in a food processor until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Add the pumpkin puree, honey, thyme, and black pepper to the processor. Blend again until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the fridge and chill for 30 to 60 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Garnish with walnuts, fresh thyme, honey, and black pepper, Before serving,
- Serve with toasted bread or crackers.
Notes
For added depth of flavor, consider incorporating roasted garlic or red pepper flakes. Fresh herbs like rosemary or sage can also enhance the taste.
