Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon Pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar (or sweetener)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • Cold brew coffee for serving

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until mixed.
  2. Whip the mixture until it forms soft peaks.
  3. Pour cold brew coffee into a glass and top with pumpkin foam. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, replace heavy cream with coconut cream and sweeten with maple syrup.
