- 2 tablespoons Sugar (or sweetener)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- Cold brew coffee for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until mixed.
- Whip the mixture until it forms soft peaks.
- Pour cold brew coffee into a glass and top with pumpkin foam. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, replace heavy cream with coconut cream and sweeten with maple syrup.
