- 2-3 Fresh Tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup Fresh Mozzarella, sliced
- Fresh Basil Leaves, to garnish
- Olive Oil, for drizzling
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Balsamic Glaze, for drizzling (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the sheet of puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Transfer the rolled puff pastry onto a greased baking sheet, scoring a 1-inch border around the edges and pricking the center with a fork.
- Arrange the sliced tomatoes overlapping on top, sprinkle mozzarella slices evenly, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the crust is golden brown and garnish with fresh basil leaves and balsamic glaze if desired.
