A simple pink salt drink made with Himalayan salt, lemon juice, and warm water. Refreshing, easy to prepare, and adaptable to different daily routines.

Ingredients

1 cup (250 ml) warm filtered water

1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Optional: 1 slice fresh ginger or 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Mix the base ingredients:Preparing warm pink salt and lemon base in glassPour 1 cup of warm (not boiling) filtered water into a glass. Add 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt and stir to dissolve. Squeeze in the juice from half a lemon and mix well.
  2. Finish and serve:Final pink salt drink with ginger and lemon ready to drinkOptionally add a slice of fresh ginger or 1 tsp apple cider vinegar. Stir once more and drink immediately on an empty stomach.

Notes

Do not use boiling water to preserve nutrients. Rinse your mouth after drinking to protect enamel. You can also serve it cold with mint for a refreshing version.
