Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tube refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

  2. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
  3. Melt unsalted butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Add brown sugar, maple syrup, vanilla, and optional cinnamon; stir until bubbling.
  5. Mix in chopped pecans and coat evenly; remove from heat.
  6. Spoon filling onto the wide end of each crescent triangle.
  7. Roll from the wide end, tucking in the filling as you go.
  8. Top with more filling and press a whole pecan on top.
  9. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Let cool for 5–10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a variation, try adding dried fruit or chocolate chips to the filling. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream for an extra treat.
